Servicing your Land Rover or Range Rover at the correct intervals is important both for your service record and for the overall healthy running of your vehicle. Preventative maintenance reduces running costs over the life of the vehicle, and minimises the risk of a breakdown.
We recommend following Land Rover’s service schedules/guidelines as closely as possible depending on individual use, to either the mileage or age parameters set. If you contact our office, we can advise you more closely on what service your vehicle is due.
We use the latest Land Rover Diagnostic software including SDD and Pathfinder allowing us to carry out 95% of what a main dealer can do.
Along with access to Land Rover Topix, this allows us to maintain high levels of diagnostic ability.
The use of Land Rover diagnostic tools also provides us with the ability to perform software and module updates that would only otherwise be available through a main dealer.
An MOT test is part of vehicle ownership once it has reached three years of age.
We try to make this a simpler process by offering MOT tests on-site along with a reminder service for existing customers.
If your vehicle were to fail its MOT we then provide detailed estimates and offer repair options often within the day due to our wide range of stock parts, allowing for an efficient turnaround to get you and your vehicle back on the road again.
We keep over 3,000 part numbers in stock including genuine Land Rover and aftermarket brands to help supply our busy workshop and trade counter. If it's not in stock the majority of parts are available next day if an order is placed before 2pm.

Is Infield a Main Dealer?
No. Although we are not Main Dealer affiliated we use the same technology and practices endorsed by Land Rover and are able to carry out 95% of what a Main Dealer can.
Do we carry out our own MOT's?
Yes. We've been doing in house MOT's since 2018 with 3 members of staff active MOT Testers
Do we perform Wheel Alignment/Tracking?
Yes. We have the latest 4 Wheel Laser Alignment Technology (See Services Page).
Can we re-gas your Air Con?
Yes. We can carry out both types of Air Con Gas on site (See Services Page)
Do we fit and balance Tyres?
Yes. We have a fully fledged Tyre Shop with Tyre Fitting and Balancing Machines along with a stock of common Land Rover tyre sizes
Do we update SAT NAV's?
Unfortunately, this is one of the few areas we do not offer a service for. In most instances you will need to visit a Main Dealer to have your system updated. Earlier vehicles may be CD format in which case a replacement disc will need to be sourced, however these are no longer available through our suppliers and need to be purchased via online sellers.
Do we carry out Land Rover recalls?
No. This must be done at a Main Dealer.
Can we update your Online Service History?
Yes we can, this is done as part of our standard service.
Do we work on new models?
Yes. We work on anything from Series Land Rovers to present day models such as the New Evoque
Are we a body shop?
No. We can carry out small to intermediate body repairs but large scale full body repair re-spray services we have to out source.
Can we carry out Engine Replacements?
Yes. Individual quotes can be provided on a case by case basis as well as standard repair quotes. In general we only replace with Land Rover sourced remanufactured units. We do not offer any Engine rebuild/reconditioning services.
Do we sell parts? And do we price match?
Yes. We have an extensive parts store on site with over 3,000 parts both Genuine LR and OE. We will alwaystry to price match, call or email our Parts Department for a quote.
Do we carry out Wax Oiling?
Yes. However, we only carry this out between May and August due to weather conditions allowing the chassis to dry effectively before applying the wax oil.
